The DINING ROOM - one of the cornerstones of an enjoyable stay here is the freshly-prepared food for which we have gained a substantial local reputation. We feature Highland produce wherever possible with Aberdeen-Angus Beef, Morayshire Pork, Speyside Trout & Salmon and local Lamb, Venison & Pheasant to the fore. Our A La Carte and daily Table d'Hote menus offer wholesome dishes rounded off by home-made Desserts, Scottish Cheeses and fresh Coffee.

Head Chef Mark Carswell, a South African with proud Scottish ancestry, brings an international touch to our traditional Highland fare.

The Wine List has been thoughtfully selected to complement the food and provides a wide choice of quality Vintages and House Wines at sensible prices.
